2. How can I book an in-room spa service?
To book an in-room spa service, you can contact our concierge or visit the spa desk located in the hotel. Alternatively, you can inquire about availability and make a reservation by calling our spa reception directly.
3. Can I book an In-Room Service in any room?
IRS can be booked in the following room types only:
1-2 beds (For Singles or Couples): Presidential, Penthouse, Royal King, Signature King, and Junior Suite
1 bed (For Singles only): Corner King Studio
4. Can I choose the gender of my spa therapist?
Yes, we understand that personal preferences vary. When booking your in-room spa service, you can request a specific gender for your therapist, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
5. Are in-room spa services available for couples?
Absolutely! We offer couples' massages and spa treatments to enhance your romantic and restorative retreat. Indulge in a shared experience with your partner in the comfort and privacy of your room.
6. How do I prepare for in-room spa service?

Yes, we encourage you to personalize your spa experience. You may ask our Concierge for any additional amenities you may want to enhance the ambiance of your room and service. Feel free to discuss your preferences with your therapist regarding pressure, focus areas, and any specific concerns you may have, ensuring a truly tailored session.
8. Is there a cancellation policy for in-room spa services?
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your spa reservation. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
9. Are in-room spa services available 24/7?
Our in-room spa services are available during specified hours. Please check with the spa desk or concierge for the current operating hours and availability.
10. How do I pay for in-room spa services?
In-room spa services can be conveniently charged to your room, and various payment methods, including credit cards, are accepted. You can settle the charges upon checkout. Please note that an in-room service fee of $100 will be added to the price of the service(s), along with 13% HST, and 18% gratuity as per our Terms & Conditions. RMT receipts will be available to you with any RMT service.
