1. Which days are these packages available?

Our Spa Escape + High Tea and Wellness Access + High Tea packages are available Monday through Thursday, based on availability.

2. What does “Access to the Fitness Centre” include?

These packages include access to the gym and Contrast Zone facilities at 10XTO.
The Contrast Zone offers a calming, spa-like atmosphere that soothes the senses. Through the restorative power of hot and cold therapy and the rejuvenating benefits of red light therapy, your body finds balance, resilience, and renewal.
Each package includes one 45-minute session at Contrast Zone, based on occupancy.
Please note that tennis, squash, group fitness classes, the sports simulator, personal training, and the Play Centre are not included.

 

3. Do I need to book High Tea in advance?

Yes, we kindly ask that you reserve High Tea at least 48 hours prior to your visit, so we may prepare your experience with care.

 

4. Can I enjoy the rooftop pool with this package?

Yes, your package includes up to two hours at our rooftop pool. Please note that lounge chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

5. What happens in the case of inclement weather?

Our rooftop pool is open year-round, weather permitting. As weather conditions are beyond our control, we are unable to provide compensation or rescheduling due to inclement weather.

 

6. Are the massages included RMT?

The Wellness Access package offers a choice of treatments, including a 90-minute Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) massage.

 

7. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Beyond this window, 100% of the reservation is non-refundable.

 

8. Is parking included with these packages?

Yes, complimentary self-parking is included with both packages.

 

9. Can two guests book together?

Yes, both packages may be reserved for one or two guests. Pricing is noted individually and for pairs.

10. What if I choose not to use the gym?
Access to the 10XTO Fitness Centre is a complimentary inclusion with your package. Should you prefer not to use the gym, the value of the package remains the same.

11. What if it rains and I cannot use the pool?
Our rooftop pool is available year-round, weather permitting. As weather is a natural element beyond our control, we are unable to offer compensation or rescheduling due to inclement weather. We invite you to enjoy the serenity of our Spa Lounge and Steam Room should the weather be less than ideal.
